About The Diva's Guide to Getting Sweaxy

 

This is a 55 minute class. You'll start off with a warm up, then we'll go into the Sexy Stamina part of the workout. Here I will teach you moves and we will build on top of each move, performing them together. It will then become a full routine that we will do together!

Next is the Tenacious Toning part of the workout where we will isolate a little more and tone those muscles, all while still building on our moves.

And finally I will take you through a full cool down.
